Rules Regarding Payment Of Fee

1. Fees must be paid by the 10th of each month as per declared fee schedule by the school.(including conveyance fee also) if the payment is made by cheque, it must be 5days prior to the schedule due date. Defaulters after the 10th of the due month will be required to pay a fine of Rs.5 per day till end of the month.
2. No reduction of remission of fee may be claimed on account of holiday or absence through illness or any other reason.
3. Fees once paid is not refundable under any circumstances. Post date cheques are not accepted. All cheques/DD should be endorsed in the name of principal regional convent Hr.Sec.School, Residency Road, Gwalior(M.P.)
4. All cheques are returned by the bank will be treated as not payment of fees.
5. All parents should strictly take receipt from school office for the money/fees paid.

Strike Of Rolls

A pupils name will be struck off the school roll on the following grounds
1. Consistent failure to pay school, dues on the due date.
2. Absence from school for a period of thirty continuous days without prior permission of the school authorities.
3. Repeated failure in any class.

Pupil who’s name is struck off from the roll because of the first two reason mentioned above may be considered for re-admission to the school at the principal discretion but may be required to go through the formalities.
